TWC Account Password Reset

The Challenge
Password reset pages are required by customers who forget their password or user ID when logging into their account. The original experience was outdated and did not match modern UX standards.
My Role
To repair the user experience on Time Warner Cable’s password and account reset pages. This required fully responsive color comps to create continuity with TWC’s updated styles and UX.
The Approach
Using page styles already in place for account registration, I revised the UI elements to match the styling. I also created condensed yet easy-to-digest versions for tablet and mobile.
