The Challenge
The existing account resgistration workflow pages were outdated and designed for only desktop. Account registration is a vital operation to the TWC business, and therefore required updated UX.
My Role
To repair the user experience on Time Warner Cable’s account registrations pages. This required fully responsive wireframes and color comps to create continuity with TWC’s updated styles and UX.
The Approach
After collecting user requirements, I created a responsive UX through wireframes to layout out required pages. I then created color comps to show updated UI elements that matched the TWC website styling. I ensured all pages were easy-to-digest for desktop, tablet, and mobile. .
